Flender couplings in our range

Many Flender couplings have a modular design. This means that you can combine components to create a configuration that suits the application. A commonly used example is the N‑Eupex series: it is available with a shaft or flange connection and can be fitted with, for example, a brake disc or brake drum if desired. Options such as an extended hub or a spacer (intermediate piece) are also possible. This allows for many possible combinations.

Additionally, the coupling can be equipped with AIQ Detect. This system continuously monitors wear. This allows you to replace the flexible parts on time and as planned, rather than experiencing unexpected downtime. AIQ Detect is available as a factory option but can also be installed on new or existing couplings at a later stage.

In addition to the well-known N-EUPEX series, Spruit Aandrijftechniek offers a very complete range of FLENDER couplings. This allows us to offer a suitable solution for virtually every application. Our FLENDER coupling program includes, among others:

• Flexible couplings:
  N-EUPEX flash-proof pin couplings, N-EUPEX-DS flash-proof pin couplings, RUPEX pin/bush couplings and BIPEX claw couplings.
  Suitable for compensating for alignment errors and damping shock loads.
• Torsionally rigid couplings:
  N-ZAPEX gear couplings and N-ARPEX disc couplings.
  Ideal when a torsionally rigid connection is required, for example for precision drives.
• Highly flexible couplings:
  ELPEX belt and disc clutches.
  For applications with strong torsional vibrations and varying loads.
• Recoil-free couplings:
  BIPEX-S claw couplings and SIPEX bellows couplings.
  Suitable for use in drives where backlash-free and precise positioning is important.
