How do I track my order?

After the order has been processed, you will receive a track and trace code by email.

What return options do I have?

Inside 8 days After receiving your product, you have a number of options:

  • Exchange the product for another product free of charge (only after contacting our sales department)
  • Have the product repaired;
  • Return the product for free and get your money back.
  • Your product will always be repaired after 8 days.
  • Products that have been specially ordered for you will not be returned.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, together with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the seller. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via sales@spruit.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

Do I have to return my product in the original packaging?

Yes, if you have your product within 8 days returns after contacting our sales department. That way we can still sell the product. Do you no longer have the original packaging or is the packaging damaged? Then we determine the possible depreciation based on the condition of your product and the packaging.

If a product is not correct and you wish to return it to us, please first contact us by email or contact our sales department by phone. We cannot accept products that are returned to us without consultation.

Upon delivery of products:

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to terminate the agreement without giving reasons for a period of 14 days. This cooling-off period commences on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative previously designated by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
  2. During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. He shall unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall return the product to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
  3. If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are obliged to notify the entrepreneur of this within 14 days of receiving the product. The consumer must do so using the model withdrawal form or by means of another communication method, such as email. After the consumer has indicated their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods were returned in a timely manner, for example by means of proof of shipment.
  4. If, after the expiry of the periods referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, the customer has not indicated that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal or has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is final.

Upon delivery of services:

  1. In the case of the provision of services, the consumer has the option to terminate the agreement without giving reasons for at least 14 days, commencing on the day the agreement was entered into.
  2. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer shall follow the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur in this regard with the offer and/or at the latest upon delivery.

Costs in case of withdrawal

  1. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
  2. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by the webshop owner or that conclusive proof of complete return can be provided. The refund will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer explicitly consents to a different payment method.
  3. In the event of damage to the product caused by careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product.
  4. The consumer cannot be held liable for any decrease in the value of the product if the entrepreneur has not provided all legally required information regarding the right of withdrawal; this must be done before the conclusion of the purchase agreement.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

  • The entrepreneur may exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies only if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer, or at least in good time before the conclusion of the agreement.
  • Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

– which have been installed by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
– which are clearly personal in nature;
– which by their nature cannot be returned;
– that can spoil or become stale quickly;
– the price of which is subject to fluctuations on the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
– for individual newspapers and magazines;
– for audio and video recordings and computer software where the consumer has broken the seal;
– for hygiene products where the consumer has broken the seal.

  • Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services:

– relating to accommodation, transport, restaurant services or leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period;
– the delivery of which commenced with the express consent of the consumer before the cooling-off period expired;
– regarding bets and lotteries.

What payment methods do you accept?

In our webshop you can pay for your order via iDeal, on invoice (only with customer number), Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Paypal.
If you want to buy on invoice, you must first create a free account in our webshop. After approval of our sales staff, you can order on invoice.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we don't have a physical store, but you can pick up your orders yourself if you prefer. Simply order through our webshop and indicate you'll be picking up your order. We'll then have the products ready for you, saving you shipping costs.

 

In the webshop you can also indicate that you want to cancel the order pay upon collectionYou can then pay by debit card. Cash payment is not possible. We will, of course, inform you in advance whether the desired product is in stock.

What is the delivery time of products?

When ordering, you can immediately see if a product is in stock in our warehouses. We have a large warehouse in Alkmaar, but also in other countries.

Shipping costs are €20 if you place an order under €250.
