Flender couplings with AIQ Detect
Veel Flender-koppelingen zijn modulair opgebouwd. Dat betekent dat je onderdelen kunt combineren tot een uitvoering die past bij de toepassing. Een veelgebruikt voorbeeld is de N‑Eupex-serie: die is leverbaar met een as- of flensaansluiting en kan desgewenst worden uitgevoerd met bijvoorbeeld een remschijf of remtrommel. Ook opties zoals een verlengde naaf of een spacer (tussenstuk) zijn mogelijk. Zo zijn er veel combinaties te maken.
Additionally, the coupling can be equipped with AIQ Detect. This system continuously monitors wear. This allows you to replace the flexible parts on time and as planned, rather than experiencing unexpected downtime. AIQ Detect is available as a factory option but can also be installed on new or existing couplings at a later stage.
