A specialty mineral oil lubricant formulated to quickly loosen rusted, corroded, and seized nuts, bolts, studs, and other metal parts, keeping them lubricated and protected. For quickly disassembling rusted, corroded, and seized parts, try LOCTITE® LB 8040. This fast-acting lubricant has a shock-freezing effect that instantly cools parts to -43°C (-54.4°F) and creates microscopic cracks. This allows the lubricating ingredients to be drawn directly into the rust by capillary action. It leaves a thin film on the loosened parts that lubricates, prevents rust, and aids in the removal of parts.
