EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer. It is a type of synthetic rubber known for its excellent properties and versatility. This transition offers clear advantages: improved temperature resistance, extended service life, and a future-proof material base for demanding applications. Then use the remaining time until the end of 2025 to replenish your inventory with the current collection at a competitive price!<\/p>\n<h2>The new generation of timing belts Continental timing belts<\/h2>\n<p>The new EPDM-based <a href=\"https:\/\/aandrijftechniek.nl\/en\/belt-technique\/timing-belts\/\"><strong>rubber timing belts<\/strong><\/a> come in three powerful versions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conti Synchroforce for the low and mid-range performance range. This belt replaces the existing CONTI SYNCHROBELT.<\/li>\n<li>Conti Synchroforce Advance for the higher performance range. This belt replaces the existing CONTI SYNCHROFORCE CXP.<\/li>\n<li>Conti Synchroforce Advance Pro for the most demanding applications in industrial drive technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The belts are fully compatible, with no changes to pitch, length, or profile. This means you can easily replace the belts in your existing systems and immediately benefit from the new features. Only checking the preload frequencies is recommended. Furthermore, the belts are antistatic according to ISO 9563, conditionally oil-resistant*, and maintenance-free in contact with coolants and lubricants. And because we&#039;ve optimized both the fabric and the base material, using extremely strong fiberglass and aramid tensile members, you can always count on maximum slip resistance and power transmission.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"leading-7 [&amp;:not(:first-child)]:mt-4 whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\" role=\"article\">The benefits at a glance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"leading-7 [&amp;:not(:first-child)]:mt-4 whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\" role=\"article\">More durable: Depending on test conditions, durability increases significantly compared to CR belts.<\/li>\n<li class=\"leading-7 [&amp;:not(:first-child)]:mt-4 whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\" role=\"article\">More sustainable: chlorine-free, PFAS-free and fewer chemical components (PAHs, halogens, solvents).<\/li>\n<li class=\"leading-7 [&amp;:not(:first-child)]:mt-4 whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\" role=\"article\">More temperature resistant: Can be used in a wide temperature range from -40\u00b0C to +120\u00b0C.
